Questions
Why is my AC running but not cooling?
Filters, low refrigerant, a dirty outdoor coil, or a failed capacitor are common. Running it for days in that state can freeze the coil — shut it down and call.
Do you recharge freon on any system?
We recover and handle refrigerant to current rules. A leak is a leak — a top-up without a repair is not a fix. We will say that on site.
Can you service older condensing units?
Often yes. If the refrigerant type or parts are obsolete we will tell you before we start a repair that cannot be finished.
